Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time. We ship only within continental United States of America.

Are Avanza Skin products available in other countries?

Currently Avanza Skin products are only sold in the United States.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Avanza Skin purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to contact@avanzaskin.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. If the product is unopened, we will exchange it for another Avanza Skin product, refunding or charging the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

I am not very active, are Avanza Skin products for me?

Of course! All of our products are designed with athletes needs in mind, but everybody can use them. Just follow the same guidelines as outlined on the product pages to determine the right routine for you!

Can I use Avanza Skin products daily?

Almost all Avanza Skin products are designed for daily use. The products that you use in the morning, you can use again in the evening to achieve best results and maintain a healthy skin. See individual product pages for more information.

Will Avanza Skin products aggravate sensitive skin?

Skin sensitivities can be unpredictable. If you have experienced a reaction, we recommend you stop using all products for a full week. This will give your skin the chance to recover from whatever was aggravating it.

You may wish to test Avanza Skin products on separate patches of skin away from your face. Allow twenty-four hours to assess your skin's response. If you find there is no reaction, repeat the process. Again, allow twenty-four hours for assessment.

Does Avanza Skin use parabens?

We don’t use parabens in any of our products. Even though there is no clear evidence of parabens linked with cancer, we like to play it safe.

Do you test your products on animals?

No. Avanza Skin is against animal testing and we work with partners who share the same philosophy.

How long do Avanza Skin products last after opening?

All products have a PAO symbol with a number on it that indicates how long they are good to use after opening. For example, if the number is 12, the product is good to use for 12 months after opening.
