A kit for skin protection is designed to prevent, clean, and treat your skin from external factors such as: sunrays, friction, dirt, salt, or cold wind. Use a body block to fight friction to protect your skin against chaffing and irritation. Protect your lips from the sun and the cold with a balm to shield lips, which is water-resistant, broad spectrum and stands up to sweat. Use an after workout body wash to remove dirt, sunblock, and other contaminants. a cream for rough feet will hydrate and heal rough, dry skin and calluses.

- 15 minutes before sun exposure, apply a balm to shield lips.
- Apply a body block to fight friction to any areas of the skin that are prone to friction: underarms, chest, inner thighs, and between toes and fingers (re-apply as needed).
- After exercising, wash your skin with an after workout body wash. Don’t forget your feet. Rinse and pat dry.
- Massage a cream for rough feet on clean feet twice a day.
